The College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad held its second council session for the 2025–2026 academic year on Thursday, September 25, 2025, chaired by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul Majid, and attended by the vice deans and heads of scientific departments.
The council discussed several important issues related to the development of the educational process and the enhancement of academic and administrative performance. The agenda included reviewing requests for study extensions for a number of postgraduate students in critical cases, as well as approving the results of the second-round examinations.
The session concluded with discussions on various administrative matters related to the college’s operations, aimed at advancing the level of academic and administrative performance.
