As part of the scientific events organized by the Aeronautical Engineering Department, the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Baghdad, under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College of Engineering and the supervision of the Department Head, conducted a panel discussion titled “Introduction to Creating a Record in Excel.” The session was led by Asst.Lect Noor Abdulameer on Thursday, February 6, 2025, in the smart hall, with the presence of several professors and department staff.
The panel discussion focused on introducing the importance of creating a record in Excel and the method of generating a new record and entering data into it. The objective was to highlight the significance of maintaining a record to organize data efficiently and facilitate its retrieval. Moreover, it emphasized the capability of analyzing data using functions and embedded charts in Excel. Finally, the session clarified the process of saving and printing the record.
This panel discussion provided valuable insights into the fundamentals of creating and managing records in Excel, showcasing the benefits of data organization, retrieval ease, data analysis using functions, and embedded charts within Excel, as well as guidance on saving and printing records.
