On November 14, 2024, the Chemical Engineering Department, under the guidance of its Head, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rasha Habib Salman, organized a voluntary tree planting and cleaning campaign in collaboration with the Employment and Rehabilitation Unit.
Supported by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul Majid, the initiative saw enthusiastic participation from students and staff. Saplings were planted, and awareness posters promoting afforestation and green space preservation were distributed, fostering a sustainable and healthy campus environment.
