In implementation of the directives of the University of Baghdad and the instructions of the Deanship of the College of Engineering to publish scientific research in prestigious journals within international containers that contribute to raising the scientific status of the university, “Prof. Manal Fadhil Younis ” from Department of Computer Engineering published a paper that entitled: “Enhancing Cloud Resource Management Based on Intelligent System”. This paper introduces an intelligent method to manage cloud resources without delay or trouble. Starting with designing a system based on a genetic algorithm (GA) as a computational tool to achieve the goal and plan a predictive request then depending on the round robin (RR) algorithm to allocate the requests for processing.
