Professor Dr. Nizar Kamel Al-Aqili, a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, has received a letter of thanks and appreciation from Wadi Al-Shati University in Libya in recognition of his active participation in the comprehensive examination for PhD students.
This honor was awarded in appreciation of his scientific contribution to the committees supervising the examination, which was held on April 15, 2026, in Libya, with the participation of a number of specialized professors.
This achievement comes within the framework of academic cooperation between Iraqi universities and their Arab counterparts, and reflects the strengthening presence of academic expertise in regional forums.
