The Department of Computer Engineering at the University of Baghdad organized a seminar titled “Brain to Brain Control” on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The seminar was delivered by Dr. Marwan Kazem Mohammed in the department’s discussion hall, in the presence of the Head of the Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Firas Ali Saber, along with several faculty members.
The seminar presented the latest research related to technological brain-control techniques using advanced tools. It focused on introducing the digital technologies used to interpret human brain signals and transmit them to other individuals through devices demonstrated in video form. The discussion also covered how these technologies can be integrated with modern artificial intelligence, along with a review of similar experiments and their current practical significance across various scientific and applied fields.
The seminar concluded with an exchange of views among attendees regarding the future applications of these technologies and the accompanying ethical and technical challenges. Emphasis was placed on the importance of keeping pace with scientific advancements to enhance research and innovation in the field of computer engineering.
