The Department of Chemical Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, received Prof. Ali Saber, Head of the Chemical Engineering Department at the Engineers Union, and Mr. Ahmad Muthana on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, during an official visit aimed at enhancing academic and professional cooperation between the Engineers Union and the University of Baghdad. The delegation was welcomed by the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Dr. Rasha Habib Salman, along with several faculty members.
The delegation met with students from various academic levels within the Chemical Engineering Department and encouraged them to attend specialized courses and workshops organized by the Engineers Union, particularly those related to CONTROL, PIPING, and PUMPS. They emphasized the Engineers Union’s commitment to supporting academic programs and initiatives that enhance the quality of engineering education in Iraq.
