The Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Engineering – University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Ziyad Tareq Abdul Ali, held a coordinating meeting with the Human Rights Unit, attended by the Head of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, Asst. Prof. Dr. Iman Qasim, on Monday, September 29, 2025.
The meeting addressed mechanisms for implementing the Bologna Process and the challenges facing the performance evaluation form, in addition to discussing proposals for enhancing the work of the unit and adopting a fair and transparent mechanism in evaluating faculty members assigned administrative tasks.
It was further emphasized that special forms should be developed to reflect the nature of administrative work carried out by faculty members, along with reviewing certain sections to align them with work requirements. This aims to ensure fairness in evaluation while strengthening both the academic and administrative pathways within the college.
