Representatives from the Department of Architecture at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad — Dr. Ammar Saleh Ashour and Assistant Lecturer Ali Basim Abdulkarim, the department’s rapporteur — participated in the final project discussions for fifth-year students at the Department of Architecture, Wasit University, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, as part of ongoing scientific cooperation among architecture departments in Iraqi universities.
The event was notably well-organized, with a distinguished audience that included the President of Wasit University, the Dean of the College of Engineering, and directors from investment and service sectors. This presence demonstrated Wasit University’s strong commitment to fostering relationships with both the public and private sectors and its openness to community engagement.
