Second and third-year students in the Aeronautical Engineering Department embarked on an enriching scientific visit to the Scientific Research Authority – Space Research and Technology Center. The visit included a comprehensive introductory lecture on the Authority’s activities and research in the field of space technology. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe a range of models of various aircraft and space devices exhibited at the center, enhancing their knowledge and comprehension of the technologies used in this exciting field. Additionally, the students visited the wind tunnel laboratory at the center, where they learned about the operations of this laboratory and its importance in testing and analyzing the dynamic behavior of aircraft. This visit represents a valuable opportunity for students to gain practical and applied experience in the field of aerospace engineering and provides a platform for exploring research areas and fostering innovation in aviation technology.
