Professor Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul Majid, Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad, attended the seminars for postgraduate students in the Department of Water Resources Engineering. This took place on Monday, May 7th, an event that the department is keen to host as part of its scientific activities. The students gave comprehensive presentations on their research findings, followed by discussions and evaluations of the outcomes. The overall progress of the research projects was evaluated, and general feedback was provided to help students stay on track with their research. Professor Dr. Basim Shaba Abed welcomed the college dean and praised the students’ high-quality research presentations, highlighting that some projects focused on applied topics within the field of Water Resources Engineering. The seminar was attended by department professors and graduate students.
