As part of ongoing efforts to monitor the progress of the examination process and ensure the provision of a suitable academic environment for students, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Professor Dr. Falih Hassan Mohammed, conducted a field visit to the Department of Mechanical Engineering on Monday, June 8, 2026.
He was received by the Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Karim Hassan Ali. During the visit, he reviewed the logistical preparations completed in the computer laboratories and followed up on the work of the examination committee, as well as the mechanisms adopted for organizing examinations within the department.
The tour also included an inspection of the facilities and services provided to students in the examination halls, in addition to assessing the level of preparedness and the measures implemented to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations.
This visit reflects the College of Engineering’s commitment to closely monitoring examination activities on-site and providing an appropriate examination environment that contributes to the successful administration of the examination process and supports students in achieving their academic goals.
