Dr. Qusay Mudhat Saleh, a lecturer at the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad, has enhanced his academic presence at the international level by being recognized as a scientific reviewer for several leading global journals. Among the most notable are IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology, as well as the international journal ARASET.
