The Department of Computer Engineering at the College of Engineering – University of Baghdad organized the first round of graduation project discussions for fourth-year students on Wednesday and Thursday, February 18–19, 2026, with the participation of specialized academic committees composed of faculty members.
During the discussions, students delivered detailed presentations outlining the project ideas, objectives, and the progress achieved, in addition to the practical and applied aspects and the mechanisms of implementation. Following the presentations, committee members posed questions and offered scientific suggestions aimed at evaluating the academic and theoretical achievements of the projects and enhancing the quality of the research work.
The submitted projects demonstrated a high level of scientific and practical competence, utilizing various technologies in fields such as computer networks, signal processing, communications, software development, and data security. This reflects the students’ capabilities and the skills they have acquired throughout their academic studies at the college.
