On November 25, 2024, the Petroleum Engineering Department at the University of Baghdad, in collaboration with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, organized a welcoming event for the first-year students of the 2024-2025 academic year. The event was held in the department’s discussion hall.
Dr. Samira Mohammed, Head of the Department, opened the ceremony with a heartfelt speech, expressing her pleasure in welcoming the new students to the department’s family. She encouraged them to embrace hard work and dedication as keys to success in their academic and professional journeys.
