One of the Faculty Members in the Mechanical Engineering Department is evaluating a workshop entitled Preparing Conference Papers

Within the series of workshops sponsored by the respected Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Ghassan Hameed Abdel-Majeed, Asst.Prof. Dr. Ali Ibrahim Hassan, teaching in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, held a workshop entitled Preparing Conference Papers on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, in the hall of Prof. Dr. Munther Al-Droubi in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The workshop was attended by some of the department’s professors and graduate students. The workshop aims to provide a good background for determining why, when, and where you should attend conferences and to determine the typical steps in publishing conference research. It will also provide advice on preparing abstracts and full research and provide advice on making the most of conferences. Finally, the workshop came up with a set of recommendations, including presenting research at conferences that are useful for work and how to think about publishing research in a safe and good manner.
