Prof. Dr. Ilham Ali Al-Anouz, a faculty member at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, and a member of the Ministerial Executive Committee, participated in the first in-person week of the 10th Training of Trainers (TOT) course on updated teaching methods for blended learning, held at the Northern Technical University.

This participation is part of ongoing efforts to develop teaching skills and enhance academic expertise in modern teaching methods and blended learning, supporting the integration of contemporary educational approaches into the university environment.
