The College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad held its fifth session for the academic year 2025–2026 on the morning of Wednesday, December 3, 2025, chaired by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul Majeed, and attended by the associate deans and heads of the academic departments.
The Dean opened the session by welcoming the council members. The session then hosted Dr. Iman Qasim, Director of the Quality Assurance and Program Accreditation Division at the college, to discuss the procedures for implementing quality-related tasks within the college.
The council continued its proceedings by discussing several academic and scientific matters, in addition to administrative issues related to the college’s departments.
The session concluded with listening to the remarks and suggestions of the department heads, emphasizing the importance of developing effective solutions to ensure the continuity and efficiency of academic and administrative work.
