As part of the activities of the Iraq Higher Education Conference 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Israa Abdulwahab Hammoudi, a faculty member in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Baghdad, received the Research Innovation Award during the ceremony honoring the winners of the Science and Leadership Day Awards, organized by the Scientific Research Authority under the patronage and presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi.
This recognition comes as a culmination of her outstanding scientific efforts and her distinguished and rigorous research contributions. The ceremony included the distribution of several prestigious scientific awards, including the 2025 Research Leadership Award, dedicated to creative researchers across various disciplines.
