The College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad held its third meeting for the 2025–2026 academic year on Wednesday morning, October 22, 2025, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul-Majeed, Dean of the College, and in the presence of the assistant deans and heads of the academic departments.
The meeting discussed a range of important topics aimed at enhancing the educational process and improving academic and administrative performance within the college. The agenda included discussions on faculty promotions, joint supervision, and the conclusion of certain academic affiliations, in addition to providing specific directives for undergraduate students.
The session concluded with a review of several administrative matters related to the college’s operations, in a manner that contributes to advancing the overall academic and administrative performance of the institution.
