Upon an official invitation, Prof. Dr. Saad Fawzi, Head of the Department of Architecture at the University of Baghdad, participated in the Third Global Meeting on Civilization Rights, which was held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM Baghdad local time.
This meeting served as the Kick-off Meeting for the Advisory Steering Committee of the First International Summit for Civilization Rights, scheduled to be held in 2026.
The Advisory Board was honored by the presence of Dr. Rosalia Arteaga, former President of Ecuador and President of the FIDAL Foundation, who joined as the guest of honor in this significant meeting.
Prof. Dr. Saad Fawzi’s participation reflects the Department of Architecture’s ongoing commitment to strengthening global academic engagement and supporting intellectual and humanitarian initiatives that focus on protecting the rights of civilizations and raising awareness of their significance in both the present and the future.
