The faculty member from the Department of Computer Engineering at the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Adel Hassan, received the “Excellent Paper Award of 2023″ for his research entitled:
“Community Detection Model for Dynamic Networks based on Hidden Markov Model and Evolutionary Algorithm”
that was selected at the Iraqi Scientific Forum: Top Ranked Papers in The Seventh Excellent Paper Symposium, for the best research published during the year 2023 according to the Source Normalized Annual Paper Ranking (SNAPR) evaluation. The events were held at the University of Salahaddin in Erbil Governorate in cooperation with the International University of Tishk and the Kscien Organization for Scientific Research.
