The Assistant Dean of the College of Engineering for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Ziyad Tariq, met with the editorial staff of Al-Handasah Journal, which focuses on publishing the scientific activities of the departments within the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad.
During the meeting, the editor-in-chief and the editorial team introduced the journal and its scientific issues, in addition to discussing its performance and providing feedback on the staff’s tasks in areas such as publication, citation, and the scientific disciplines covered by the journal.
Prof. Ziyad Tariq emphasized the importance of enhancing the role of Al-Handasah Journal as an indicator that highlights the research activities of faculty members and researchers in the college. He called on the journal’s staff to work diligently on developing the publication and improving the quality of the published research, in a way that strengthens scientific research and academic development within the college.
