Professor Dr. Mahmoud Saleh Al-Khafaji’s Visit to Support Artificial Intelligence Applications in Water Resource Management

As part of supporting and developing projects on artificial intelligence applications in the smart management of water resources, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Saleh Al-Khafaji accompanied the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Scientific, Academic, and Artificial Intelligence Affairs on a visit to the General Authority for Groundwater. The visit aimed to review the efforts, plans, and projects implemented by the General Authority for Groundwater and to support its efforts in monitoring, surveillance, database development, and the authority’s plans for applying artificial intelligence in monitoring and managing groundwater. This is integrated with surface water resources to achieve the integrated management of water resources that the Ministry of Water Resources strives to accomplish.
