The Department of Civil Engineering held an honor ceremony for the top-performing students in the first stage of the first semester. The event took place in the hall named after Professor Dr. Khaled Shakir at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 26th February 2024. The students were welcomed and praised for their performance in the first semester, implementing the Bologna process. The welcome and commendation were delivered by the head of the department, Dr. Amjad Hamad Khalil Al-Bayati, and the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Wameed Nizar Faleh. The ceremony was attended by several faculty members from the first stage and other academic levels. The top four students in the first stage, as well as the top-performing hosted students, were honored during the event.
