Volume 29, Issue 11 of the Journal of Engineering has been recently published by the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. The journal follows a previously established publication schedule and relies exclusively on an electronic system for the submission and evaluation of research articles. Abbreviations for the articles are explained the first time they are used, and the language is clear and unbiased.
