Since the inception of the Iraqi Journal of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering and is still striving towards uniqueness and excellence in its field of specialization and among its counterparts from magazines, and to complement the practical steps implemented by the magazine to reach the world through its relentless pursuit to enter the Scopus container, the editor-in-chief, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Faiq Al-Alawy and a number of editorial board members, attended the scientific workshop held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the College of Education for Women at Iraqi University and tagged (The mechanism of entry of Iraqi journals to Scopus) on 7/5/2023, which aims to shed light on the right path to indexed in Scopus and stand on the most important obstacles facing Iraqi journals to join it.
