Important Notice Before Applying
To apply for a new university email account, the student must not already have a previous university email.
If the student forgets the university email or password, they should not apply for a new email account. Instead, they must visit the Deanship of the College of Engineering / Information Technology Division and bring their university ID.
Application Steps
1. Download the Paper Form
The student should download the paper form for requesting a university email account, then print it and fill it in manually.
2. Get the Form Stamped
After filling in the form manually, the student must visit the academic department presidency to have the form stamped before uploading it electronically.
3. Fill in the Electronic Form
The stamped paper form must be uploaded through the electronic form link for student emails, along with completing the remaining required information.
4. Wait for Completion
After submitting the request, please wait up to 3 working days for the university email account to be created.
