On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, a lecture was held in the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Baghdad in the Smart Hall. The lecture, titled “Management of the Bologna Process System – ASAS System,” was presented by Asst.Lect. Ahmed Tawfiq Mustafa and Asst.Lect.. Rasha Hassan Abbas.

The objective of the lecture was to provide a detailed understanding of the methods of dealing with the Bologna Process system and its utilization. This was achieved by explaining how to use and manage the system in a comprehensive manner, including updating the lecturer’s data and the mechanism of recording student attendance. The lecture also aimed to familiarize the attendees with the evaluation mechanism adopted in the system by explaining the methods and techniques used to assess students’ performance and generate the necessary reports through the Bologna Process system. Furthermore, it addressed the challenges encountered during the implementation of the system in the previous semester and provided insights on how to overcome and avoid them in the upcoming semester.

The lecture also focused on preparing lecturers for the first stage and laying the groundwork for future stages. It provided detailed information to lecturers in the first stage on how to interact with the system and teach the associated materials, while also equipping them with the necessary knowledge for the development of the educational process in the coming years. Additionally, it aimed to raise awareness among lecturers about the significance of the Bologna Process system by highlighting the benefits of its utilization, such as improving the quality of education, enhancing communication between lecturers and students, and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational management process.

In conclusion, the lecture successfully clarified the key points and implementation mechanisms related to lecturers within the Bologna Process system.
