On Thursday, March 14, 2024, the Continuing Education Center at Baghdad University, in collaboration with Al-Karkh University of Science, conducted a training workshop titled “Presentation Skills for Graduation Projects.” The workshop, designed for fifth-year students, aimed to:
1. Enhance presentation skills for graduation projects.
2. Effectively market the graduation project.
3. Focus on strengths and highlight them.
4. Identify and mitigate weaknesses during the presentation.
5. Master the art of answering questions and engaging with the audience.
6. Boost the confidence of the speaker.
The workshop was facilitated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raafat Abbas Hassan, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at Al-Karkh University of Science, who delivered a valuable lecture on the mechanism of presenting architectural output.
In addition to the lecture, graduated students from previous years shared their valuable experiences, including Engineer Mustafa Ahmed Al-Baldawi, Professional Hiba Qusay, and Engineer Ali Musab Khalid.
The workshop organizers from Baghdad University included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Randa Hazem Aga, Dr. Enas Hassan Al-Bakri, and Dr. Ahmed Nateq Al-Shamma.
This collaborative effort aimed to equip students with essential presentation skills, preparing them for successful dissemination of their graduation projects and future endeavors.
