On Tuesday morning, April 19, 2022, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar Nehmeh, inaugurated an open-air art gallery organized by the students of the Department of Petroleum Engineering and attended by the Head of the Department, Dr. Ghanem M. Farman, a number of the department’s teachers and a group of students. A number of students from different academic levels participated in the gallery which included about forty paintings painted in several artistic styles which won the admiration of the Dean, who praised this gallery and the art paintings displayed, and stated that the College of Engineering is keen to embrace the talented students, support and encourage them and open horizons for them. On the hand, the students expressed their happiness for participating in this gallery and their thanks and gratitude to the Dean of the College of Engineering for attending the gallery and providing valuable notes that contribute to the development of their talents. On this occasion, the Department of Petroleum Engineering extends its thanks and gratitude to the Dean of the College for honoring the exhibition and for her interest in these promising talents.
