Within the mechanism of joint cooperation between the Department of Petroleum Engineering and the international oil company Schlumberger, the representative of the Schlumberger, Eng. Mustafa Mahmoud, the recruiter, met with some third- students in the department during a symposium organized by the Department of Petroleum Engineering on Tuesday 12, April, 2022, in order to select a group of them for summer training at the company. The symposium started with a lecture delivered by the representative of the company, in which he talked about the history of the company, its departments, specializations and future goals. After that, the interview began by meeting each student separately and asking them questions to know the level of each student in the English language as well as their scientific level. A group of them will be selected in order to obtain a summer training during the month of July in the company. Department of Petroleum Engineering takes this opportunity to express its thanks and gratitude to Schlumberger for its cooperation with the Department of Petroleum Engineering in order to train its students. It also extends its sincere thanks to Eng. Mazen Al-Attar, Digital Sales Manager, and Eng.
