Two faculty members of Department of Petroleum Engineering Prof. Dr. Faleh Hassan Mohamed and Asst. Prof. Dr. Samira Mohamed Hamdallah participated in the ministerial committee which is consisted of a group of professors from different universities, and was issued according to Ministerial Order No. B/T/5/1403 dated 9/3/2022.This  ministerial committee was established In order to create postgraduate/Master’s studies in the field of oil and gas refining engineering at Department of Oil and Gas Refining Engineering/College of Petroleum Process Engineering, Tikrit University. The members of the ministerial committee visited the college and were briefed on the material and human recourses available in the college and the extent to which all the conditions stipulated in the Graduate Studies Instructions No. 26 of 1990 are met. They praised the requirements provided by Tikrit University and the College of Petroleum Operations Engineering, including classrooms and qualified teaching staff to teach and supervise students. It is worth noting that Prof. Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, received in his office and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Petroleum Operations Engineering at Tikrit University the members of the ministerial committee on Tuesday 29-3-2022, and presented the members of the ministerial committee with Certificates of Appreciation in honor of their efforts. On this occasion, the Department of Petroleum Engineering would like to thank both Prof. Faleh Hassan Mohamed and Asst.Prof. Dr. Samira Mohamed Hamdallah, wishing them more success.
