On Wednesday 5-4-2023, the Department of Chemical Engineering held a specialized seminar in the subject of mass transfer for master’s students, which included the topic of diffusion and motivation, under the supervision of professors of the subject, Prof. Dr. Wadood Taher Muhammad and Prof. Dr. Sama Mohammed Abdullah. The aim of holding such a seminar was to enhance the information and concepts received by the students through the explanations of the theoretical subject, which was reflected in the students’ ability to choose research topics related to the theoretical material and how to organize and deliver them scientifically. In order to consider the seminar as one of the sources of documenting the annual assessment mark, the supervisors of the scientific subject relied on evaluating students on the basis of the material chosen for the topic of the seminar, the method of presentation, preparation and interaction with questions.
