Professor Karima Ismail Omouri, a faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, participated in a workshop on the activation and validation of Iraq’s readiness report for renewable energy. The workshop was organized by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) in collaboration with the Iraqi government. This highlights the significant cooperation between different parties to improve the renewable energy sector in Iraq. Great to see such collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing the renewable energy landscape in Iraq.
