Under the patronage of the esteemed Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Ghassan Hamid, and the supervision of the Head of the Department of Architecture Engineering, Professor Dr. Saad Fawzi Taima, and in collaboration with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, the Department of Architecture Engineering at the University of Baghdad organized the annual charity bazaar on Monday, February 10, 2025. The event was organized and participated in by the department’s students and faculty members.
The Dean inaugurated the bazaar, which was held through the efforts of students from various academic stages. The proceeds of the event were dedicated to supporting children diagnosed with cancer, emphasizing the values of solidarity and cooperation.
The event witnessed wide attendance and great interaction from both students and faculty, who contributed to the success of this meaningful humanitarian initiative. This activity reflects the commitment of the Department of Architecture students to social and humanitarian responsibility and embodies the spirit of giving and belonging to the community.
