Within the framework of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s keenness to support and honor researchers, a central ceremony was held at the College of Medicine / University of Baghdad to honor researchers from various colleges and formations of the University of Baghdad who published research with a high impact factor and classification (Q1). The Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Ghassan Hameed Abdul Majeed, and a number of professors from the Department of Electrical Engineering attended from the College of Engineering to receive their awards. Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, President of the University of Baghdad, distributed shields and certificates of appreciation on behalf of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi. The researchers from the Department of Electrical Engineering are (Lect. Dr. Abdullah Muhammed Abdul-Hadi, Assistant Lecturer Mahmood Swadi, and Assistant Lecturer Hassan Ali Abdulmajeed).
