Mustafa Ayad, a member of the teaching staff in the Department of Water Resources Engineering, has been conferred the title of Lecturer following the successful completion of his doctoral degree from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, within the twinning program in Civil Engineering and Building Materials Engineering. The evaluation of his certificate was conducted by the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, as per the decision issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (ES-32557) on March 17, 2024, with reference number P. O. Box/10918. As a result, he was granted the title of Lecturer in accordance with Administrative Order (U/4427) on May 30, 2024, signed by the president of the University, Professor Dr. Baha Ibrahim Ansaf. With this appointment, Dr. Mustafa Ayad is now entitled to exercise the rights and privileges associated with the position of Lecturer.
