The Department of Mechanical Engineering held a meeting of the department council (General Commission) in Dr. Ihsan Yahya Hall on Monday 5/6/2024 in the presence of the head of the department, Assistant Professor Dr. Kareem Hassan Ali, and the department rapporteurs for preliminary and higher studies. and the rapporteur of the examination committee and its members, and gentlemen of the faculty members to discuss preparations for the final exams for the initial stages and instructions which were issued by the esteemed College Council. The meeting also discussed matters related to the implementation of the Bologna track for the first stage and the academic description program for the department. The esteemed department head congratulated his members on the Mechanical Engineering Department’s first place in the QS classification. At the end of the meeting, the department head expressed his gratitude and thanks to the members of the examination committees and the teaching staff for their tireless efforts during the examination period in the service of the department, the college, and the university.
