As part of the scientific activities, the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Baghdad, under the auspices of the Deanship of the College of Engineering, held a workshop entitled (Analysis of Research and Theses Using Artificial Intelligence: “OPENREAD” as an example). The workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof. Saifuldeen Mohammed and Engineer Abdullah A. Jassim at Professor Mehdi Hantoush Hall on Wednesday, 20th March, 2024. It was attended by a number of graduate students. The workshop dealt with the use of artificial intelligence programs in writing scientific dissertations. The aim of the workshop was to train graduate students to benefit from artificial intelligence programs in preparing research, theses, and dissertations. Finally, the workshop came out with a set of recommendations, including the possibility of benefiting from programs of Artificial Intelligence in writing theses, preparing theses, and benefiting from global expertise in this field.
