The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, with the endorsement of Professor Dr. Ghassan Hameed Abdul Majeed, the Dean of the College of Engineering, organized a volunteer planting activity for the department’s garden. The event, held under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Aqiel N. Al-Mamori, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, took place on Sunday, 17/3/2024.
Faculty members, staff, and students came together to participate in this meaningful endeavor, contributing to the greening of the department’s surroundings as part of the Million Tree Planting Campaign. This initiative not only promotes environmental sustainability but also fosters a sense of community engagement and responsibility among the department’s members. By working collaboratively to enhance their environment, participants demonstrated their commitment to creating a healthier and more eco-friendly campus environment.”
