As part of the scientific activities of the Department of Chemical Engineering, the department organized a scientific field visit for fourth-year students to Al-Dora Refinery on Thursday, December 4, 2025, under the supervision of faculty members.<\/p>\n

The visit included touring the production units of the refinery and the scientific laboratories, along with a comprehensive explanation of the different stages of the crude oil refining process. The tour also covered visits to the refinery control units to observe operations in a practical and direct manner, providing students with an opportunity to link theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.<\/p>\n
