The thesis was titled: <em>\u201cAn Artificial Intelligence-Based Model for the Optimal Management of the Tigris River in Baghdad Using Smart Dam Systems.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The defense was attended by the <strong>Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abdul-Yasir Al-Aboudi<\/strong>, the <strong>President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Baha Ibrahim Ensaf<\/strong>, the <strong>Vice President of Al-Nahrain University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Omar Farouk Abdul-Rashid<\/strong>, along with several college deans.<\/p>\n<p>The thesis aims to employ artificial intelligence techniques to achieve optimal management of the Tigris River through smart dam systems, thereby enhancing distribution efficiency, minimizing waste, and aligning with the objectives of sustainable development.
