The visit included fourth-year students as part of the <em>Outdoor Spaces Design<\/em> course, under the supervision of the following faculty members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist. Prof. Dr. Nisreen Razzaq<\/li>\n<li>Lecturer Amal Fadel<\/li>\n<li>Assistant Lecturer Zainab Saleh<\/li>\n<li>Assistant Lecturer Enas Kazem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The visit aimed to enhance students\u2019 learning experience by exploring the inner courtyard in Islamic architecture and understanding its role in achieving environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the students were accompanied by Mr. Mahdi Ali, Director of the Al-Mustansiriya School, who provided a comprehensive explanation of the building\u2019s history, the design patterns of its inner courtyard, and the architectural transformations it has undergone.
