Ali Mohammed Shakir was recognized as one of the top participants among university students in Iraq in the second edition of the Higher Education Reading Award.<\/p>\n<p>The Higher Education Reading Award is one of the most prestigious awards presented to university students in Iraq, aiming to promote reading and continuous learning in various fields. By achieving a high rank in this award, Ali Mohammed Shakir showcased his dedication and diligence in reading and scientific research.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Naeem Al-Aboudi expressed his pride and admiration for Ali Mohammed Shakir&#8217;s accomplishments, praising his efforts and excellence in the realms of reading and learning.
