It was conducted on Wednesday, 18\/9\/2024, in the Graduate Studies Hall of the Department of Petroleum Engineering.\u00a0 The discussion of the master’s thesis of the student Saja Adnan Hussein<\/strong>, which is tagged:<\/p>\n

” Laser Transmission Welding (LTW) Process: Experimental Investigation, Modeling and Optimization”.<\/p>\n

In this study experimental investigation and mathematical modeling have been carried out on LTW of Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) with dimensions of 80mm x 40mm x 2mm.<\/p>\n

This study used two types of laser welding profiles based on laser path and line movement to verify welding quality and accuracy. The traditional box type and new strategy the spiral type was used to examine the influence of the welding lines on weld strength and accuracy.<\/p>\n
