Dr. Husham Abed Munaf, a lecturer at the Department of Water Resources Engineering, has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Professor of Environmental Engineering. Following the successful completion of the promotion requirements outlined in the university’s promotions law, Dr. Munaf was awarded the scientific title based on the decision of the University Council, as ratified in its 13th session, and signed by the President of the University. As a result, Dr. Munaf has acquired the rights and privileges that come with this new title, allowing him to exercise his scientific authority and expertise.<\/p>\n
