The session was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Nasir Rashid Hamood. The discussion focused on the technical specifications and various applications of different types of gears in the field of aeronautical engineering. The panel discussion emphasized the importance of gears in the design and operation of machinery. It covered the necessary technical standards and specifications for different types of gears and their practical applications. Various types of gears, such as spur gears, helical gears, internal gears, and others, were reviewed, highlighting their uses in areas such as power transmission, torque conversion, and achieving synchronous motion.
