After the scientific and practical efforts locally and regionally, which were represented in the scientific contributions, research and studies presented by the faculty of the Water Resources Engineering Department at the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad, to service our country in the field of improving the use and preservation of water resources.
\nAll these efforts have resulted in the Dep. of Water Resources Engineering Department achieving second (rank) position in the results of the Iraqi classification of scientific departments for the year 2023 of all in Iraq.
\nThe Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Basim Sh.
