Abd, in the field of water resources engineering, and all its specializations, His Excellency chaired the Ministerial Committee in the Research and Development Department in accordance with Ministerial Issue No. B. T. 5\/577 was dated on Jan. 17, 2024. The availability for creating (a master\u2019s study in the specialty of Water Resources Engineering \/ Water Resources \/ Water Resources Engineering Department \/ College of Engineering \/ Al-Mustansiriyah University) was investigated by this committee. This committee also included members of professors from various Iraqi universities who have scientific competence.
